What is your return policy?
We hope you love your purchase from Johan, however, if you would like to return an item for store credit please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you return instructions. Items purchased from Johan may be returned for store credit within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition. All vintage and sale items are final sale.
Please note, we reserve the right to deny returns if the items have been used, damaged, or do not meet our standards of return. All shipping fees are non-refundable unless product is determined to be defective or damaged. We recommend mailing your return with tracking and insuring the package. Johan is not responsible if the returned package is lost or the item damaged in the mail.
We do not cover return shipping costs. If you would like to exchange for a different item, we will wait until the returned item is received before sending out the new item. Shipping fees will apply each time we ship to you. Please email email@example.com or call 503.222.0119 with any questions before purchasing if you are uncertain about an item.

How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $200.
Non-promotional shipping rates are as follows:
Priority shipping within the United States is $10.00.
Overnight shipping within the United States is $40.00.
Shipping to Canada is $45.00 flat rate.
International shipping (to countries outside the United States and Canada) is $60.00 flat rate.
What if I encounter errors during check out?
If you encounter an error during the check out process, it is most likely your browser and our website are not cooperating. Depending on when the error occurs, your bank may hold funds in your account, but they will not be released to Johan. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if this happens!
How can I check the status of my order?
To check the status of your order, first log into your customer account. From there, you can select to option to view the order. Once you have clicked on the order, you will be able to see if it is fulfilled, shipped, or being held. If you checked out as a guest, please contact email@example.com to check the status of your order.
When will my order ship?
Your order will ship 1-2 days after date of purchase. You can always log in to your customer account or use the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email to track packages.
Can I rush my order?
We offer overnight shipping for $40.00 as an option on all orders over $20.00. However, processing an order can take anywhere from 1-2 days. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if there are special circumstances you would like us to know about.
